Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using intelligencenative.ai and any related products or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wisdom Beyond Technology, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the intellectual property holder and operator of Intelligence Native and the INO framework.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the effective date of any revision at the top of this page.

Description of the Platform

Intelligence Native is an AI-powered organizational operating system designed to help teams and companies operate as Intelligence-Native Organizations (INOs). The Platform includes:

• AI agent orchestration and SuperMind (hybrid human-AI team) coordination
• Deliverable management with intelligent routing and flow tracking
• Digital Twin technology for async organizational intelligence
• Synthetic Markets and Customer Twin capabilities via Thinkers.pro
• Signal/Echo async communication layer replacing traditional meetings
• Organizational health metrics including the Flow Score (OFI) index
• The INO Constitution — governance layer for all AI actions on the Platform

The Platform is currently in active development. Features, interfaces, and capabilities may change without prior notice.

AI Limitations and Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only — not as professional advice
• You are solely responsible for verifying any cited sources, facts, figures, or recommendations before acting on them
• AI-generated content does not substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical, HR, or strategic consultation
• Agent actions taken on your behalf are subject to your review and approval — the Human Sanction Rule applies to all consequential decisions
• The Company is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs without independent human verification
• LLMs may reflect biases present in their training data; outputs should be evaluated critically

This limitation reflects our commitment to transparency and the INO Constitution's Article III: Human Sanction Rule — no consequential decision about people, resources, or strategy may be executed by an agent without explicit human authorization.

User Accounts and Eligibility

To access the Platform, you must create an account and be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at legal@intelligencenative.ai
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or whose use poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the INO framework — including but not limited to the Intelligence-Native Organization architecture, the INA/Deliverable system, the OFI/Flow Score methodology, the INO Constitution, the SuperMind/Swarm model, Digital Twin technology, and the book Refactoring the Firm — is owned exclusively by Wisdom Beyond Technology, LLC.

You retain ownership of all data and content you create or upload to the Platform ("Your Content"). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Platform IP without express written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Platform without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent AI safety guardrails or the INO Constitutional governance layer
• Impersonate another person, organization, or AI agent
• Engage in any activity that constitutes unlawful surveillance or violates privacy rights of others
• Use AI outputs to make consequential, irreversible decisions without human review

Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

The Platform is offered under tiered subscription plans (Seed, Growth, Enterprise) with pricing as published at intelligencenative.ai/pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except where required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Enterprise pricing is subject to separate written agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wisdom Beyond Technology, LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from AI-generated outputs, errors, or omissions
• Service interruptions or unavailability of the Platform
• Actions taken or not taken based on AI recommendations without human verification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except for claims that qualify for small claims court. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
